I’ve heard amazing things about the Night Circus, I’m currently creating a kindle list of things to relax and read on the beach on honeymoon and I’m going to add that to it.
I have a few beauty books and really want to read Pretty Honest, I’m still trying to make my way through Lisa Eldridge’s Book, it’s so detailed I can’t take in more than a few pages at a time!

It’s a brilliant book Rachael, I hang on to every single word every time I read it. I haven’t read Lisa’s book yet but it’s on my list. So many books, so little time!

I have Pretty Honest (because I know you loved it) but I haven’t read it yet! I always liked her columns. And you know how I feel about Chimamanda!!

Chimamanda is my new hero. Her discussions on feminism make it such an accessible topic; and I bought this book after spotting it on your Instagram account so right back at ya lovely!

I try my best to stay away from the laptop and my phone for a bit before I go to sleep. Definitely have a better night if I take some time to read a bit. Let me know if you pick any of them up!

Molly, how do you do it?!? I am comfortably getting through a book a month so far but would love to read more. Let me know what you think of the Night Circus if you read it; I can’t explain how much I love it!

I’ve been meaning to pick up the Night Circus for such a long time! Captains Corellis Mandolin is an absolute favourite of mine – the first day 40 pages are a slog but the characters are such so well rounded and the storyline sucked me in! Great write up as always – need to get pretty honest out my cupboard and read it!๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

I’ve not read Captain Corellis Mandolin since I was doing my A Levels! Really should get round to it!

I LOVED Night Circus. I tend to read books that are quite light and don’t require a lot of thought but I was captured by the sheer magic in this book. The descriptions of the circus were like nothing I’d ever read before.

I also really like the sound of We Should All be Feminists. I must admit I usually shy away from the term as I don’t necessarily think of myself as a “feminist” but I am trying to read more around the subject to get a better understanding and see different people’s view points.

It’s a great starting point to get into the discussion of feminism; really easy to read and only takes around 15 minutes. Definitely recommend picking this one up. And yay to the Night Circus – hands down my favourite book of all time. So magical!

I love that all three are different types of books, but yet all what I would be interested to read! I’ve been stuck in a reading hole at the minute, a third into a book that I just cannot get into, and not wanting to give up on it. I think I am inspired to call it a day, pop it back on my bookshelf and get into one I will love. The night circus sounds like it would be right up my street so I will keep an eye out for that one! xx

I have The Night Circus on my bookshelf too! I read a couple chapters but couldn’t quite get into it. I think at the time of reading, I was more concerned about soaking up the sun on holiday that I might have to start it again and give it the time of day. Also, Pretty Honest is THE PERFECT photo prop book ever!
